We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to fill the role of an intern within our Human Resources and Recruitment division. This internship presents a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience in HR and recruitment while actively participating in projects that significantly influence the organization. Throughout the internship, you will have the chance to rotate through various HR and Recruitment functions under the guidance of a mentor, collaborate with department leaders, and engage in a thorough training program aimed at enhancing your skills and career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the posting of job openings across multiple platforms, evaluate applications, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and generating HR reports as required.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, offering insights and suggestions to refine HR processes.
  • Rotational Experience: Gain exposure to different HR and Recruitment functions through departmental rotations, collaborating with various leaders.
  • Project Work: Choose and undertake a project that resonates with your interests, such as developing an Employee Recognition Program, creating an HR Metrics Dashboard, or improving the New Hire Experience.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside diverse teams within the organization, expanding your professional network and learning from various viewpoints.
  • Feedback and Development: Receive ongoing feedback regarding your contributions and take part in career development workshops, including resume enhancement and interview coaching.

Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
