Job Summary

BryceTech is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Government in the execution of routine business operations, including providing administrative support, office management, personnel management, human resources management, and configuration and data management.
  • Assist and advise the Government in analyzing, interpreting, monitoring, disseminating, and resolving tasks, including internal and external organization inquiries, requests, and Task Management Tool (TMT) tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements as needed.
  • Assist with managing Government civilian record keeping, serving as the primary point of contact for all unit civilian human resource management functions, and providing expertise and guidance on all civilian matters related to procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Attend and support administration of meetings and reviews, identifying/distributing the purpose and objective, capturing action items, recording minutes, and disseminating to all invitees in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations, quarterly and annual awards, and special trophies.
  • Develop and maintain schedules using standard Microsoft Suite applications.
Qualifications
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience Requirements: 20+ years of relative experience performing civilian and military personnel management and administrative operations support activities, including specifically the areas of: Civilian Human Resource Management, Military & Civilian Manpower Management, and Information Management/Operations Support within the government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit/non-profit government support/development contractor arena, of which five years shall include duties/assignments specifically in support of Air Force programs.
  • Security Clearance: Shall have and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite of Tools, including MS Project. Specialized Tool Experience: Defense Civilian Personnel Data System, Customer Support Unit Application, Online Unit Manning Document.
