Job Description

The Medical Scheduling Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, managing, and scheduling contract assignments for shipboard Entertainment & Activities employees. This includes:

  • Coordinating with hotel operations to facilitate proper workforce planning and scheduling;
  • Communicating with shipboard and shore-side teams to ensure seamless logistics and succession planning;
  • Monitoring employee development to support advancement and succession planning;
  • Ensuring accurate employee data in the E1 system;

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, time management skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Three or more years of experience in workforce planning, financial responsibilities, or a related field is also required.

What We Offer
