Job Summary

We are seeking a Per Diem Occupational Health Physician to join our team. As an Occupational Health Physician, you will be responsible for managing patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits onsite at a unique employer health clinic.

You will evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, as well as manage the testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace. You will also treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits onsite at a unique employer health clinic
  • Evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions
  • Manage the testing and treatment for infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
  • Participate in Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Requirements
  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine residency program
  • Occupational Health or Workers Comp experience required
  • Board Certified in Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
  • State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date

Additional Information

This is an hourly, casual employment role based in Hawthorne, CA. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role is $ [insert rate]. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
