Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at Four Points Raleigh, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless stay experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to ensure seamless communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing situations and priorities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
