Front Desk Representative

Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent with StepStone Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Guest Registration: Register and assign rooms to guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Communication: Issue room keys, escort guests to their rooms, and transmit/receive messages using various communication channels.
- Room Management: Sort and track incoming mail and messages, and maintain accurate records of room availability and rates.
- Payment and Billing: Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests, as well as post charges to guest bills when necessary.
- Reservations: Make, confirm, and cancel reservations via various communication channels, and make reservations for guests as needed.
- Guest Services: Deposit guest valuables in the hotel safe deposit box, and provide assistance with shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Requirements: Minimum lifting of 20 pounds, pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity. CPR and first aid training preferred.
