EVS Technician

About the Role:

As an EVS Technician at Los Robles Regional Medical Center, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our patients and staff. Under the direction of the Environmental Services Director and Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing specialized cleaning tasks, operating heavy-duty equipment, and using special cleaning equipment such as low and high-speed buffers, carpet extractors, vacuums, and floor scrubbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain assigned patient and non-patient areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Perform specialized cleaning tasks, including operating heavy-duty equipment and using special cleaning equipment.
• Support the distribution and pickup of biohazard barrels, distribution of clean linen, pickup of soiled linen, and pickup of garbage as needed.
• Perform assigned project work.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of commercial industry floor experience required.
