Job Opportunity: Epic Beaker Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Epic Beaker Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our command center, you will provide level 1 triage support to our clients during their Epic Beaker go-live.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to calls from clinical lab staff regarding incidents related to the go-live
  • Collect information on incidents and document in ServiceNow
  • Escalate and route tickets to the appropriate Epic teams for further troubleshooting
Shift Schedule:

The first week of this three-week engagement will focus on training, followed by 24x7 support across three shifts:

First Shift: 6am-2:30pm

Second Shift: 2pm-10:30pm

Third Shift: 10pm-6:30am

Most resources will work on the first and second shifts.

Preferred Skills:

Customer Service, Technical Support, EPIC (or alternative EMR), ServiceNow (or alternative ticketing system)

Experience Level:

Entry Level
