About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor to join our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program in Concord, NC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in crafting person-centered treatment plans for patients in all stages of recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients' recovery journeys.
  • Lead group and individual counseling sessions to foster a supportive environment for patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and connect patients with vital support services.
  • Participate in clinical supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or related field.
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Intern Certification (CADC-I) or equivalent.
  • Master's degree with Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) or other Mental Health or Substance Use licensure preferred.
