About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Able Kids. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans that are tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
  • Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services and alignment with treatment goals.
  • Communicate effectively with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing assessment reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others.
