Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans that are tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
- Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services and alignment with treatment goals.
- Communicate effectively with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing assessment reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others.
