Detailing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Detailing Specialist to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Detailing Specialist, you will be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing new and used vehicles to the highest standards of quality and appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including upholstery, carpets, and glass surfaces.
- Apply waxes and polishes to exterior surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Operate equipment such as vacuum cleaners, buffers, and paint sprayers to perform detailing functions.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or defects and report any issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest detailing techniques and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in detailing or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use timekeeping software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
This role requires regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent movement in and out of vehicles and exposure to cleaning products and equipment.
