Position Overview

In this role, you will be tasked with the effective management of a diverse portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a substantial personal lines insurance portfolio, ensuring accuracy and promptness in all transactions.
  • Foster client loyalty through outstanding service, professional communication, and efficient handling of renewals, service inquiries, claims, billing, and new policy implementations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, underwriting standards, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of applications, policies, endorsements, and audits, perform detailed loss and claims analyses, and manage renewal timelines effectively.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the insurance sector.
  • Possession of a valid Property & Casualty License, along with a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Proficient in administrative functions, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with agency management software (e.g., Applied/Epic).
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities, along with a professional demeanor and a commitment to a positive work environment.
