This is a full-time position with growth potential into an Account Manager and subsequently a Senior Account Manager based on your performance and insurance knowledge. You will learn a ton from our Senior AM's about insurance and client service, and hopefully set yourself up to jump into a full Account Management role with us.

Responsibilities
  • Issuing certificates of insurance and binders
  • Helping senior Account Managers with attaching documents in Applied EPIC
  • Resolving customer questions
  • Renew proposals
  • Sorting out direct bill inquiries
  • Billing new and renewal accounts in our system
  • Checking policies vs proposals to ensure policy accuracy
  • Submitting claims
  • Assisting in RMV transactions
Qualifications
  • College bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Current Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in agency management software, Applied EPIC a plus
  • Ability to take direction and ask questions
  • Stronger than average communication skills
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Epic and insurance experience preferred
