Job Title: Assistant Account Manager - Insurance

Join Community Bank NA as an Assistant Account Manager - Insurance and be part of a dynamic team that serves each client as our ONE client. As an Assistant Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our success and client retention, working directly with clients and senior account managers to develop lasting relationships and ensure proper coverages.

Responsibilities:
  • Issue certificates of insurance and binders
  • Assist senior account managers with attaching documents in Applied EPIC
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Renew proposals and billing new and renewal accounts
  • Sort out direct bill inquiries and check policies vs proposals for accuracy
  • Submit claims and assist in RMV transactions
Qualifications:
  • College bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Current Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in agency management software, Applied EPIC a plus
  • Ability to take direction and ask questions
  • Stronger than average communication skills
