Job Title: Commercial Lines Client Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Client Executive to join our team at Cross Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to provide quotes and coverage options to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with colleagues to drive business growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 1+ year of related experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
