Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at PruittHealth. As a Sales Professional - Hospice Care, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with referral sources, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the hospice care market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the hospice care market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and nursing homes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans to acquire new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the hospice care market, including industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on hospice care or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
