Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Email Automation & Growth Manager to enhance our email marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and oversee automated email marketing strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on driving B2B business growth. You will collaborate with various teams to elevate our Sales Team's email marketing efforts through effective content management, audience segmentation, automation, and comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all B2B email marketing automation campaigns and processes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Evaluate email marketing requests from diverse teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement new automated campaigns tailored to business objectives.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to the Sales Team regarding their email marketing initiatives.
  • Review and optimize B2B email campaigns and workflows in alignment with best practices and internal standards.
  • Manage email marketing databases for the Sales Team, defining appropriate audience segments for new campaign types.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of automated email campaigns to establish targets and ensure performance goals are achieved.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant tools to enhance email marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a preference for email marketing automation experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to identify and analyze KPIs critical to the email marketing channel and derive actionable insights for performance optimization.
  • Experience in automating B2B email campaigns.
  • Strong skills in onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Capability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
