The Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Colorado Springs. As a representative, you'll work in a fast-paced contact center environment, handling inbound member calls and providing needs-based sales and service conversations. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our members by identifying their financial needs and providing relevant solutions through our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound member calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Use effective communication and critical thinking skills to identify member needs and provide relevant solutions
  • Navigate multiple systems and programs to efficiently resolve member issues
  • Develop banking product knowledge to attract new members and expand relationships with current members
  • Advise and educate members on available digital tools and resources to improve their user experience
  • Provide outstanding member service by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism
  • Apply strong time and call management skills to assist members with banking needs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Successful completion of a job-related assessment
