About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Abnormal Security. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our security solutions to Enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through a combination of cold-calling, targeted emails, and introductions through existing relationships.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospect pain points and needs, and assess whether our product offerings align with their business goals.
  • Work closely with sales engineering, product, and marketing teams to demonstrate and communicate the value proposition of our security solutions to prospects.
  • Negotiate deals with prospects, using internal resources to ensure timely and successful closure.
  • Develop and present business cases to customers, highlighting the ROI of our security solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct SLED experience, with a proven track record of prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts.
  • Strong technical competence in security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Start-up experience, with success at a company that was early stage, underdog, or new entrant with large competitors.
  • Ability to hunt, qualify, and present to customers, with a disciplined approach to early pipeline development.
What We Offer

At Abnormal Security, we offer a competitive salary range of $127,500-$150,000 USD, as well as bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. We are committed to providing a total compensation package that reflects the unique skills, experience, and qualifications of each candidate.
