About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Family Support Specialist to join our FFT Foster Care team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide evidence-based clinical interventions and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop analysis of hierarchy and relational assessment within the family.
  • Work collaboratively with FFT Foster care team members to provide interventions consistent with fidelity to evidence-based model.
  • Perform home and community-based care to address clinical needs of clients through model-adherent FFT FC interventions.
  • Document ongoing client progress and outcomes consistent with model fidelity.
  • Assist families in identifying and prioritizing family needs, and navigating and accessing community resources.

Requirements

  • BA in human services required (social work, sociology, psychology, or similar degree).
  • 2 years of experience in field of study and experience providing case management services, coordinating systems of care, working with complex family systems, and providing in-home services.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) required.
