Senior Director of Human Resources

Job Summary
The Senior Director of Human Resources will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of The Moore Center's human resources policies and strategies. This role will lead the HR department, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR staff, including recruitment, benefits, employment, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance.
- Oversee the development and implementation of employee training programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with direct management experience.
- Professional certification in HR (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.
