Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, attending job fairs, and conducting background checks.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring proper documentation and a smooth transition into the company.
Identify and assess training needs within the organization.
Track employee progress and participation in training initiatives.
Oversee the retirement process for employees approaching retirement age, ensuring a smooth transition.
Administer the organization's retirement plans, including processing contributions, withdrawals, and rollovers.
Monitor and manage the enrollment process, ensuring employees understand their options and are enrolled in retirement plans correctly.
Conduct one-on-one meetings or group sessions on retirement planning, including benefits, savings strategies, and retirement timelines.
Partner with third-party vendors and retirement plan administrators to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in administering and communicating employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Assist employees with benefits enrollment and handle claims or issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
2-5 years' experience in human resources or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency with HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
