Strategic Client Growth Manager

About the Job
This role involves leading a team of Enterprise Account Managers, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and retention, and collaborating with the VP of Enterprise Accounts to set and achieve performance goals. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive company culture and leading by example.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers, each with a defined client portfolio, to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to sustain high-performance levels within the team, including systems, policies, training, and development.
- Collaborate with the VP of Enterprise Accounts to set and monitor team performance goals.
- Foster and exemplify WillScot's internal and external culture.
- Expand partnerships and foster deeper relationships with senior decision-makers at client organizations.
- Develop and implement client growth strategies, including service expansions such as Lease Rent, Value-Added Services (VAPS)/Essentials, Transportation, Fuel, and Design Services.
- Complete and execute account plans to maintain and grow long-term, multi-level partnerships with clients.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
