Analytics Performance Manager

Ryno Strategic Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Performance Manager to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital marketing tools and technologies to help drive business growth for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in web analytics, tag management, and marketing automation platforms, as well as excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of tracking tags and pixels, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage tracking systems using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring that key metrics and conversions are accurately captured across digital marketing campaigns
- Configure Google Analytics, and other tracking platforms, ensuring the proper setup of goals, events, and custom dimensions
- Paid Media set up: We mostly use Google Ads but also other platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
- Configure tracking on components such as chats, schedulers, and forms
- Data Integrity: Regularly audit tracking implementations and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms
- Campaign Measurement: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to establish tracking plans that measure the success of PPC and SEO advertising campaigns
- Custom Reports: Create custom reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of marketing activities, highlighting KPIs like conversions, bounce rate, traffic sources, and ROI
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including paid media analysts, web developers, content creators, and account managers, to ensure accurate implementation of tracking tags and pixels
- Optimization: Identify opportunities for improved campaign performance based on tracking data, and make recommendations for tag adjustments and new measurement strategies
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of tracking processes and campaign metrics, ensuring that all tracking setups are aligned with marketing objectives and client goals

This is a salaried non-exempt opportunity with a base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
