Multilingual Front Desk Coordinator

The Matian Firm, APC is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and directing office visitors
- Answering and screening incoming phone calls
- Managing conference room reservations and updating employee lists
- Providing administrative support to office personnel
- Maintaining office security and controlling access
- Ordering front office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
- At least 1 year of experience in the legal field
- Case Management software experience is a plus
- Resourceful and motivated to resolve issues
- Customer service attitude
- Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets skills
- Weekend availability required
