We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Brokerage to lead our Agency Leasing Brokerage team in our Columbus, Ohio office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional real estate services.
Key Performance Indicators- Execute new business development through cold calling, converting calls to meetings, and securing new business wins.
- Grow client relationships by attending client meetings, conducting property tours, and providing clients with industry and market-specific information.
- Maintain and update the Brokerage Team's market research database and activities with JLL's CRM system.
- Support the client transaction process by reviewing quantitative office location data, legal documents, and working with sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools.
- Actively participate on the brokerage team by attending meetings and weekly sales updates, conducting market research, and using it in the completion of market surveys and data analyses.
- 3-5+ years in commercial real estate brokerage with demonstrable success in high-level sales production.
- State Real Estate License.
- Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
