Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multifamily deal sourcing and underwriting, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and property valuation.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with real estate and legal professionals, fostering collaborative relationships to facilitate transactions.
  • Experience in creating and executing comprehensive business plans and financial proformas, with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Familiarity with working alongside general contractors, ensuring alignment between project objectives and construction execution.
  • Demonstrated success in raising and securing equity of $2 million or more and debt financing exceeding $10 million, showcasing financial acumen and relationship-building skills with investors and lenders.
  • Experience in asset management with oversight of over 500 units, focusing on operational efficiency, performance optimization, and strategic planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in managing multifamily and multisite properties, demonstrating strong operational and leadership skills.
  • Proven background in affordable housing, including relationship building within this sector to enhance community engagement and project success.
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, facilitating collaboration on housing initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a unique off-market deal sourcing strategy, leveraging creative approaches to identify and secure exclusive investment opportunities.
