Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate, structure, and close commercial real estate financing transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, developers, and owners
  • Prescreen and qualify transactions prior to underwriting and marketing
  • Review offering memorandums and screen transactions for suitability
  • Work closely with capital sources to secure favorable transactions for clients
  • Use credit skills to identify transaction strengths and weaknesses, creating structural features to mitigate risks
  • Partner with real estate investment sales agents to pitch business and secure staple financing opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of capital markets experience in a brokerage, investment bank, or principal
