Role Overview:

The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations will play a pivotal role within the Growth team at Pinecone, focusing on enhancing marketing processes, managing data strategies, and driving operational efficiency through insightful data analysis. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of marketing technologies, data governance, and process enhancement to align with Pinecone's strategic growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in growth marketing within a Product-Led Growth (PLG) and B2B SaaS context.
  • Campaign Development: Ability to design and implement marketing initiatives aimed at business decision-makers.
  • Email Campaign Management: Experience in creating and refining behaviorally triggered lifecycle email campaigns.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Solid grasp of A/B testing principles and tools.
  • Capability in data analysis to inform marketing strategies and decisions.

Lead Management:

  • Experience in streamlining lead transfer processes between marketing and sales, ensuring effective lead management.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and sales.

Advertising Strategy:

  • Expertise in formulating and overseeing advertising strategies, including budget management and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to create and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns that foster growth and engagement.

Event Management:

  • Experience in organizing webinars and virtual events, focusing on audience engagement and follow-up.
  • Collaboration with partner marketing to ensure successful execution of partner events.

Team Leadership:

  • Exceptional communication skills to manage various stakeholders and align team objectives with business goals.
  • Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing operations or data management.
  • Minimum of 4+ years in Marketing Operations or Marketing Data Analysis.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries and applying them within marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of lead scoring and routing in a PLG environment.
  • Ability to convert data into actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Experience with compliance in privacy and consent management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, and BI tools.
  • Experience in creating marketing dashboards and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in AI/ML or developer-centric organizations is advantageous.
