Peregrine Team Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Des Plaines, IL. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes for managing files and office supplies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors and ensure a positive experience.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
  • Process invoices and assist with payroll and timecard management.
  • Support the team by answering orders and providing administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
