Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:
  • Answer calls promptly, ideally within 3 rings and ensure minimal wait times.
  • Address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Generate work orders as needed.
This role may not be suitable for you if:

Essential Skills for the Customer Support Specialist:
  • Eager to learn new software applications.

Qualifications:

Compensation:

With relevant phone experience, you could earn up to $22 per hour.
