Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:
  • Answer calls promptly, ideally within 3 rings and ensure minimal wait times.
  • Address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Generate work orders as needed.
This role may not be suitable for you if:

  • You find it difficult to maintain a positive attitude in a lively environment.
Essential Skills for the Customer Support Specialist:
  • Eager to learn new software applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

  • Ability to maintain energy and professionalism while handling a high volume of calls.
  • Strong listening skills to cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role within a call center is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • All candidates must successfully complete a background check.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Compensation:

With relevant phone experience, you could earn up to $22 per hour.
