Position Title: Office Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential phone support to the service, parts, and dispatch teams.
- Assist with warranty follow-ups, communicating with customers and technicians, and maintaining records in our database.
- Review and update work orders, manage spreadsheets, and follow up on outstanding parts.
- Organize weekly training sessions and oversee online course registrations.
- Sort and allocate invoices for the Service Department.
- Support billing processes, generate reports, and handle various correspondence.
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Track weekly hours for Service Technicians.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of prior experience in an administrative or customer service role within an office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals professionally and tactfully.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competence in performing calculations, including discounts and percentages.
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $19/hr - $24/hr, based on experience.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
- Employment Type: Direct hire.
