Key Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to enhance the candidate pipeline and develop solutions that attract and secure high-quality talent.
- Utilize a variety of resources, including online job boards, advertisements, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to draw in applicants.
- Oversee and facilitate candidate screening and interviewing processes to ensure the selection of the most qualified individuals for open positions.
- Independently manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending job offers, crafting job descriptions, and networking as needed to ensure effective recruitment in a timely manner.
- Coordinate reference checks and initiate background checks for candidates receiving job offers.
- Perform additional tasks to support comprehensive recruitment efforts.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrated strategic capabilities in sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Proficient in managing the administrative aspects of recruitment.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
