About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team at IRIS Consulting Corporation. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our digital products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap
    • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Requirements Gathering and Definition
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements.
    • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements.
  • Sprint Planning and Execution
    • Plan and execute sprints to ensure timely delivery of product features.
    • Work with development teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and support.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
    • Ensure that product features meet quality standards.
    • Work with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate product progress and status to stakeholders.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure they are aligned with product vision.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Product Owner role.
  • Experience on application development projects.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
  • Good understanding of other Agile frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
