Join our dynamic product team as a Product Owner, where you will be instrumental in driving product success through your expertise and leadership.

  • Engaging with potential users and stakeholders to comprehend and foresee their requirements, translating these insights into actionable product specifications.
  • Establishing a clear vision for the product and ensuring its consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Formulating a strategic product roadmap aligned with this vision.
  • Managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks in response to evolving requirements.
  • Supervising all phases of product development, from design to implementation.
  • Assessing and tracking product progress at each development stage.
  • Collaborating with the product team and end-users to provide updates and progress reports.
  • Participating actively in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

To excel in the role of Product Owner, candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in PEGA development is crucial.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Scrum and Agile Software Development methodologies.
  • Experience in supporting teams engaged in PEGA application development.
  • Familiarity with product development architecture.
  • Experience with ADO is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytical tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Thorough knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Capability to collaborate with diverse teams, including users, product development members, and management.
  • Understanding of design quality standards.
