PEGA Product Owner

As a key member of our product team, the successful candidate for the Product Owner role will be responsible for the following:

  • Engaging with potential users and clients to comprehend and foresee their requirements, translating these into actionable product specifications.
  • Establishing a clear vision for the product and ensuring this vision is consistently upheld throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Developing a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with this vision.
  • Managing the product backlog and adjusting priorities in response to evolving requirements.
  • Supervising all phases of product development, from design through to implementation.
  • Tracking and assessing product advancement at each stage of the development process.
  • Collaborating with the product team and end-users to provide updates and progress reports.
  • Participating actively in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

To excel in the role of Product Owner, candidates should demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in PEGA development is crucial.
  • Thorough understanding of Scrum and Agile Software Development methodologies.
  • Experience in supporting teams engaged in PEGA application development.
  • Familiarity with product development architecture.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytical tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Capability to collaborate with diverse teams, including users, product development team members, and management.
  • Awareness of design quality standards.
