About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team at Datum Technologies Group. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends to inform the product vision and strategy.
  • Product Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing and refining requirements to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile principles and practices to drive iterative and incremental product development, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery of value to customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of products.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Apply problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to overcome obstacles and ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a scrum master/TPO role, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and servant leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
