Role Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years leading technical product strategy, encompassing product definition, development, and execution.
  • At least 2 years managing teams focused on healthcare benefits and compliance.
  • 5+ years in technical product, business, and systems analysis within a product-centric organization.
  • 5+ years defining requirements and drafting technical user stories with acceptance criteria addressing business, functional, security, and quality considerations.
  • 5+ years collaborating with Scrum Teams in an agile environment.
  • 2+ years serving as a liaison for engineering teams, facilitating communication between teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
