The Affiliate Relations Coordinator will play a crucial role in fostering relationships between the Greater Northwest Kansas Community Foundation and its Affiliates. This position will be responsible for ensuring that Affiliates fully leverage the foundation's services while meeting the objectives of all initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate, while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain trust and positive working relationships with Affiliate staff and board members.
- Track initiatives for each Affiliate, monitoring progress and ensuring full and timely participation.
- Update GNWKCF staff on Affiliate news, initiatives, changes, etc.
- Ensure Affiliates are in compliance with GNWKCF policy and procedures.
- Attend Affiliate meetings as necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
