Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator

The Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residency and fellowship programs. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the program director, associate program directors, and other program leadership, as well as the GME Office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities, including updating program information and distributing materials to applicants.
- Plan and prepare accreditation-related reports and meetings, ensuring compliance with ACGME and institutional policies.
- Manage onboarding processes for incoming residents, including licensing, certifications, and workspace arrangements.
- Create and maintain rotation schedules, ensuring compliance with RRC and ACGME requirements.
- Coordinate evaluation processes, including active evaluations and semi-annual evaluations.
- Assist with conference administration, including logistics and setup.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of accreditation requirements and program operations is essential.
