Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, rehabilitation, nursing, psychology, special education, gerontology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience working with individuals with long-term care needs.
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time and maintain a designated quiet workspace at home.
