Job Summary

At Great Wolf Lodge, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Catering Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and sales teams to ensure successful achievement of revenue, quality, and repeat business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Complete administrative tasks to support group sales efforts, including preparing sales kits, documenting prospective accounts, and organizing files.
  2. Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Resumes for clients and operations departments to communicate specific needs, contracted/agreed-upon details, and pricing.
  3. Enter accurate rooming lists, routing information, tax-exempt status, and verification of payment in Company software systems.
  4. Monitor room blocks and communicate with property personnel regarding group room pick-ups, rooming lists, and other related matters.
  5. Represent the lodge in investigating and resolving group complaints or conflicts, including billing issues, misplaced items, reservations, and contract discrepancies.
  6. Organize and coordinate client appreciation and in-house lodge events.
  7. Provide detailed information on meeting-specific needs throughout the booking process.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in hotel/hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience/education combination.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
