We collaborate closely with our Security team to secure and update our endpoints and corporate infrastructure, and with the People team to ensure a smooth and automated onboarding experience for new hires.

About The Role

This is an IT Support role that focuses on two key areas: ticket resolution and AV support. You will spend half your time handling tickets, resolving issues in a timely manner, and the other half supporting AV setups and events, particularly high-profile ones. This includes troubleshooting AV issues, assisting with AV events, and ensuring seamless execution for VIPs and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for AV systems and equipment
  • Assist with AV event setups and troubleshooting
  • Manage multiple tickets and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the Security team to secure and update endpoints and corporate infrastructure
  • Work closely with the People team to ensure a smooth and automated onboarding experience for new hires
Requirements
  • Proven experience in AV support, particularly with event setups
  • Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, and Cisco systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly when handling AV setups in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism around VIPs and executives
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT troubleshooting processes
