Job Title: Audio Visual Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The Audio Visual Support Specialist will provide technical support for video conferencing equipment and events. This role is responsible for resolving issues related to in-room technology, AV/VC equipment failure, and software configurations. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for video conferencing equipment and events
  • Resolve issues related to in-room technology, AV/VC equipment failure, and software configurations
  • Collaborate with local Helpdesk, Facilities, Events, Executive Support, and EA's of high-profile staff
  • Provide white-glove VC technical support for C-suite and high-level management
  • Assist, train, and advise Tier 1 technicians of signal flow and inspections best practices
  • Partner with OTD New Builds DPM's to provision and deploy all VC and VIO related equipment in new office locations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of AV experience (video conferencing / events)
  • Knowledge of neat, qysys, Dante, Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Clearone, and other AV/VC related hardware and signal flow
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting large/heavy objects and physical integration/maintenance work

Pay Range: $38.47—$41.50 USD
