Job Title: General Manager

CycleBar - Overlook is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our state-of-the-art studio in Portland, Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a strong ambassadorship within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads, and member referrals.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Owner and national sales director to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in retail/service sales or fitness sales.
  • Proven track record of generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives in sales.
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
