Business Development Manager

What We Offer- Competitive Compensation and Uncapped Commission: Enjoy a base salary and uncapped commission opportunities, with an average On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $75,000 to $80,000 in the first year.

- Identify and Qualify Leads: Use your skills and expertise to identify potential clients and qualify them for our services.

- Drive Negotiations and Close Deals: Use your negotiation skills to close deals and onboard new clients.
- Outside Sales or Business Development Experience: While not required, experience in outside sales or business development is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role, as you will be required to travel between branch locations and client sites.
