About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Evonik Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial and technical activities in the soil and groundwater remediation market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Excellence: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the sales of Evonik's products and services in the region.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify successful remediation strategies and provide accurate and reliable market and local regulatory information.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including environmental consultants, contractors, regulators, and site owners.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Evonik's technical product portfolio and propose remediation strategies and technical support to customers.
  • Travel: Travel up to 20-40% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of technical soil and groundwater remediation experience, client interaction, or sales experience.
  • Skills: Proven track record of commercial business development, ability to analyze and translate scientific results into persuasive sales arguments, and strong communication and presentation skills.
