Job Summary

Vinfen is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Associate to join our IT team. As a Helpdesk Associate, you will provide entry-level help desk support to Vinfen end users and critical internal IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Perform data entry and verification of system jobs and processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed for the IT Department

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in information systems, database management, or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Valid US driver's license for at least one year
  • Ability to pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background, and driving record check
