HR Associate Role

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a skilled HR Associate to provide exceptional support to our internal customers. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and consistent support through our HR Helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to internal customers, addressing inquiries related to benefits, programs, policies, systems, HR data, transactions, and training.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless HR operations and process automation.
  • Support global and regional HR initiatives, such as US Open Enrolment, Global Wellness Week, and other annual HR programs.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide white glove support.
  • Experience in HR service delivery and operations.
  • Proficiency in managing HR Helpdesk functions.
  • Ability to collaborate on global and regional HR initiatives.
