Cabinet Assembly Specialist

Position Overview:
The role involves the precise installation of cabinetry, panel systems, and trim components.
Work Schedule:
Expected to work an average of 38 – 48 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and potential travel. Overtime may be required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in cabinet installation or at least six months as an Installation Technician Assistant.
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, floor plans, and shop drawings.
- Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record (three points or fewer).
- Utilize checklists effectively.
- Install cabinets, trim, and custom solid surface products efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA regulations, and seek assistance when handling heavy materials.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

- Master basic skills necessary for the job.

- Data entry and retrieval from computer systems.
- Operation of modern office equipment.
- Proficient use of phone systems.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle for minimal travel.
- Ability to engage in calm and friendly conversation.
- Communicate effectively over the phone.
- This position is primarily based on commercial job sites.
- Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations is common while performing job duties.
